Eligibility Criteria
- Age
- 18 to 26 years. No age relaxation in age, education or physical standards is admissible to anyone including existing Government Servants; the Punjab Civil Servants Recruitment (Relaxation in Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1976 do not apply to these posts.
- Domicile
- All Punjab (merit is calculated on the basis of District Cadre).
- Qualification
- Intermediate from a recognized Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education.

- One-mile run in minimum 7 minutes
- Chest 32" non-expanded / 34" or above expanded (minimum 2 inches expansion mandatory)

- 6/6 with glasses. Colour blind candidates are ineligible.
Job Details
Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA), established under the Punjab Enforcement and Regulation Act, 2024 to streamline regulatory measures across Punjab for effective enforcement of special laws, invites applications from highly motivated and competent professionals for the post of Sergeant (BS-07). The post carries BS-07 pay plus a PERA Special Allowance (not admissible during the training period). Total 1,010 positions. Proposed place of posting: anywhere in Punjab (preferably within the concerned district).

How to Apply
- 1Interested candidates (having domicile of the listed districts) must first register at the Punjab Job Portal (https://jobs.punjab.gov.pk/) and, through their account, fill the application form against the advertised position.
- 2Provide complete educational information (Matriculation, Intermediate) — otherwise the digital system-based validation may not allow the process to proceed.
- 3Upload required documents: Photo, CNIC (front & back), Domicile; Police Verification Certificate and Driving License are optional. Only digitally issued domicile certificates are acceptable.
- 4Applicants whose documents are verified will be issued a challan and identification slip for the physical test. The identification slip is issued only after the challan is paid through PayZen against the PSID mentioned in the challan, before or on the last date (Any Mobile Banking App > Payment Option > Payment Service > 1Bill Service > PSID > Payment).
- 5Photo upload: white background, JPEG/PNG, less than 2MB.
The Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions.
Syllabus for the written examination and general instructions will be communicated to candidates via their given emails and PERA's website (http://www.pera.punjab.gov.pk/careers). Candidates should use an active email address and SIM issued against their own CNIC, as all future correspondence is via email/SMS.
