The FIA Inspector (Investigation) post is one of the most sought-after in the agency's recruitment cycle, and its written test has been held repeatedly over the past decade. This page holds 800 published questions from eight papers: the 2016 paper, five batches from 2019 and two from 2022. Each paper is a hundred questions, which matches the format candidates sit.
The subject mix is broader than for lower grades. Mathematics and English each account for roughly 150 questions across the papers, and Everyday Science for about 120, so the Inspector test is as much a reasoning paper as a knowledge one. Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies and General Knowledge fill the rest. The five 2019 batches were held on different days with different papers, and comparing them shows how the same syllabus gets sampled differently each time. Attempt one full paper under time before you start topic-by-topic practice; the score will tell you where the marks are being lost.
