In Microsoft PowerPoint, organization charts are typically created using SmartArt graphics. To select all the boxes in an organization chart, you can right-click the chart background and then click 'Select All' to select all the shapes within the chart. Alternatively, clicking any shape in the SmartArt and pressing Ctrl + A also selects all boxes.
