FIA Act

The superintendence of the Agency, referring to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in Pakistan, is vested in the Federal Government as per the FIA Act. This means the Federal Government has the authority to oversee and direct the agency's functioning.

Under Section 5 of the FIA Act, contravention of an order is punishable with rigorous imprisonment for up to 1 year. This makes option A the correct choice.
